1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on ck44cm, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ck44cm strictly prohibits the use of the platform by persons under the age of 21, in accordance with responsible gaming principles applicable to the Bangladesh market.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are registering as an individual and not on behalf of a third party. Each individual may hold only one (1) account on ck44cm. Duplicate accounts are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

2 Account Security and Responsibility

• You must notify ck44cm immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• ck44cm reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious or irregular activity is detected, pending investigation.
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

ck44cm accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your payment method and account verification status.
• Withdrawal processing: Approved withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit on the ck44cm platform.
• ck44cm reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete verification within the stated period may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Deposits made in error cannot be refunded once they have been credited to a ck44cm account and wagered. Players are advised to double-check all transaction details before confirming.
• ck44cm does not charge internal transaction fees; however, fees levied by your payment provider are the player's sole responsibility.

4 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ck44cm offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded at ck44cm's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice.

• All bets are final once confirmed. ck44cm does not accept cancellation requests after a wager has been placed and accepted by the platform.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error during a game round, ck44cm's system records shall be the authoritative source for determining the outcome of any disputed bet. ck44cm will make reasonable efforts to resolve such disputes fairly and promptly.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck44cm shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by ck44cm's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10 Amendments to These Terms
